We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received. Items with any signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant stains, or items with body odor, will not be accepted items within 14 days of delivery. Items must include original tags and packaging. If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Once your return request is approved, item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days. Returns will only be processed once the item(s) are received by Thuylâm.

All returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of dry cleaning, pressing, repackaging, and labor to maintain our high-quality standards.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
